It is estimated that in the current fighting in Libya there were 20 thousand people killed, the number of injuries can be estimated even at 80-100 thousand. Therefore, measures to save life and health are of first necessity. We are planning a nationwide campaign to start collecting things that our Libya friends asked for.

Our Association for 6 years has worked closely with the Libyans. During these years, contacts with Libyan partners, has significantly strengthened and expanded, and also took on a very personal character. Therefore, in the current crisis situation that prevails in Libya we want to take action to help our Libyan friends.

Since June this year we are in contact with the Libyan National Council - a body appointed by government insurgents. At that time we received a request for assistance in obtaining medical supplies.
